Director
Registered Care Manager
Lynda has over 25 years of varied experience in health care, ranging from care home to Hospital settings, and everything in between.
Lynda is the driving force behind Aurum Home Care and is passionate about providing the best standard of person-centred care, to allow clients to live in their own homes.

Lucy-Anne
Deputy Manager​

Lucy-Anne is our Deputy Manager. She comes from a home care background and has a proven track record in providing high quality care to a range of clients.
Lucy-Anne strives to ensure that we focus on person centred care and that each client has their voice heard so that they receive truly bespoke care packages and the right carers to provide it.

Eduarda
Clinical Lead

Eduarda joined Aurum in January 2024 as a Community Support Worker.
Following a brief period, she was swiftly promoted to the position of Clinical Lead.
Eduarda plays a pivotal role in training new staff and overseeing the induction program, ensuring staff adhere to best practice at all times.

Matt
Specialist Support Manager​

Matt is our specialist Care Manager with extensive experience in caring for individuals with autism, mental health, and learning disabilities.
Matt works closely with clients and their families to ensure their voices are heard, creating tailored care plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and meaningful support for clients.

Samantha
Office Manager​

Samantha ensures the smooth daily operation of Aurum Home Care through organised, proactive, and confidential office management.

She oversees recruitment, communication and all operational needs, making sure the office runs efficiently, effectively, and with a high standard of professionalism.

Amy
Care Coordinator​

Amy ensures the smooth running of our services by effectively planning, coordinating, and monitoring the allocation of care staff to clients.
Amy also supports the management team, ensuring all duties are carried out in line with Aurum Home Care’s mission, values, and the Jersey Care Commission's Standards.

Claire
Administration Assistant​

Claire provides amazing support through efficient, professional, and confidential administrative help to Aurum Home Care management and the team.

Claire is involved in all aspects of office administration, staffing, recruitment, and other office-based duties to make sure everything at Aurum Home Care runs efficiently and effectively.
