Meet Matt – Specialist Support Manager
​
Leading the service is Matt, our Specialist Support Manager. Matt brings extensive experience in autism, mental health, and learning disabilities, alongside a deep commitment to advocacy and inclusive care.

Matt works directly with clients and their families to ensure their voices are heard and respected at every stage. He focuses on building trusting relationships and developing tailored care plans that promote wellbeing, independence, and meaningful outcomes. His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in best practice specialist care.
