About the Role
Aurum Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Health Care Support Worker to join our supportive and friendly team. In this key role, you’ll empower clients to live comfortably and independently in their own homes, while mentoring and guiding fellow carers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
You will help manage the Aurum Home Care Jersey team and work with our leadership to coordinate care & deliver staff induction.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring...
Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand English
NVQ/RFQ Level 2 willing to work towards level 3
A caring, patient, and reliable approach
Confidence in supporting both clients and team members
Commitment to high-quality care and professional standards
A valid driving licence and access to your own transport
An up-to-date CV and contactable references
