Aurum Home Care is looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service. This is a key role where you’ll make a real difference by ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and developing the Aurum team.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ residency
RQF/NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
At least 2 years’ experience managing a home care setting
Advanced DBS check (required)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A caring, professional, and compliant approach to care delivery
