We’re delighted to announce that Matthew Carr has taken on the role of Manager at Aurum Home Care in Jersey.
Matt has been managing our specialist services for the past 10 months and has already made a significant contribution to the development of Aurum. His experience, commitment and understanding of our clients and care teams have made him a natural choice for this next step.

For us, this appointment is about more than a change in job title. It’s about recognising commitment, developing talent and giving our people the opportunity to progress.

Strengthening the team around you
This is also an opportunity to strengthen the roles of the people who have helped shape Aurum from the beginning.
Lucy-Anne’s role as Deputy Manager is being further strengthened, giving her an even greater focus on supporting our clients, families and care teams and helping to ensure the high standards we set for ourselves remain consistent across everything we do.
Alongside Lucy-Anne, founder Lynda Febers remains closely involved in the business. Lynda and Lucy-Anne will continue to be familiar and accessible points of contact for our clients and their families.
As Aurum evolves, that continuity is incredibly important to us. We want our clients to know that, while our team members may take on new responsibilities, the relationships and personal connections that underpin our care remain firmly in place.
