At Aurum Home Care, we are proud to be expanding our Specialist Support Service, allowing us to support more islanders with a wider range of needs through high-quality, person-centred specialist care.

As demand continues to grow, this expansion means we can now help more individuals with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and associated conditions, while continuing to provide care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Specialist Care Built Around Individual Needs

People with additional or complex needs often require support that goes beyond traditional care models. Our expanded Specialist Support Service reflects our commitment to delivering specialist care that is tailored, flexible, and responsive to each individual.

We support people to live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. Working closely with individuals, families, carers, and professionals, we develop care plans that:

Meet Matt – Specialist Support Manager

Matt brings extensive experience in supporting individuals with autism, mental health needs, and learning disabilities, alongside a strong commitment to advocacy and inclusive care. His leadership ensures that specialist care is delivered consistently, compassionately, and with a deep understanding of individual needs.

Under Matt’s guidance, the Specialist Support Service continues to develop, strengthen, and reach more people who benefit from tailored support.

With the expansion of our Specialist Support Service, we are recruiting additional Support Workers to join Matt’s team.

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering specialist, person-centred care and supporting individuals with a range of needs. Experience in autism, mental health, learning disabilities, or related fields is welcomed, but above all, we value compassion, reliability, and a commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
