Leading our Specialist Support Service is Matt, our Specialist Support Manager.

Matt brings extensive experience in supporting individuals with autism, mental health needs, and learning disabilities, alongside a strong commitment to advocacy and inclusive care. His approach is rooted in understanding, respect, and the belief that everyone deserves to be heard and supported in a way that works for them.

Under Matt’s leadership, the Specialist Support Service focuses on building trusted relationships, promoting independence, and ensuring that care is delivered with empathy, consistency, and professionalism.
